• 13h45 : Accueil des stagiaires.
• 14h00 : HEIAN shodan, nidan, sandan, yodan & godan.
• 14h30 : Kata EMPI + BUNKAI.
• 16h00: Kata en compétition.
• 17h00 : Goûter offert & fin de journée.

Mardi 23 décembre

• 13h45 : Accueil des stagiaires.
• 14h00 : HEIAN shodan, nidan, sandan, yodan & godan.
• 14h30: Kata UNSU + BUNKAI.
• 16h00 : kata en compétition.
• 17h00 : Goûter offert & fin de journée.

Mercredi 24 décembre

• 9h15 : Accueil des stagiaires
• 9h30 : HEIAN shodan, nidan, sandan, yodan & godan.
• 10h00 : EMPI & UNSU.
• 11h30: passage de grade
• 12h00 : fin de stage.
